The Working Group #1 will discuss regional data access and training needs for current and future satellite missions.  The Group will discuss in regional groups to allow the feedback to go to the WMO RAI Dissemination Expert Group (RAIDEG) group representatives. Key training resources available to the regions will be highlighted and you will be able to interface with your RAIDEG representative.

The Working Group #2  will discuss the place of Earth Observation within the Africa Union Space Policy and Strategy and how the various initiatives (such as MESA, GMES&Africa, AfriGEOSS and the AMCOMET Regional Space Programme) contribute to this implementaiotn of the AU Space Strategy. The second part of the Working Group will discuss more specifically status of implementation of the GMES&Africa programme.
